Photo Consent

Last updated: 11 August 2026.

Why this page exists

We love photographing what happens in our shop, and children are often the best part of it. We also believe families should decide what happens to pictures of their children. This page explains exactly how we handle that.

Our rules

  • We ask first. We ask a parent or guardian before photographing a child, every time.
  • Written consent before publishing. We do not publish a photograph of a child on our website, our social media, or any printed material without written consent from a parent or guardian.
  • No is a complete answer. Saying no changes nothing about your visit or your party. Tell your host and we simply will not take photographs.
  • No names. We do not publish a child's full name, age, school, or any other identifying detail alongside a photograph.
  • Withdraw at any time. Consent is not permanent. Email us and we will remove the photograph.

Birthday parties

When you book a party, we will ask you at the start whether we may take photographs, and separately whether we may share any of them publicly. Those are two different questions and you may say yes to one and no to the other. Other families attending your party will be asked about their own children.

Photographs taken by guests

Guests are welcome to photograph their own children and their own party. Please be considerate of other families in the shop, and please do not post photographs of other people's children without asking them first.

Removing a photograph

Email info@arizonabrickco.com with a description of the photograph and where you saw it. We will remove it promptly and confirm once it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
