  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include when you submit our Sell or Trade form, book a party, email us, or join our mailing list.
  • Booking information. Party bookings are handled through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and chosen time slot on our behalf.
  • Form submissions. Our Sell or Trade form is hosted by Google Forms. Information you enter there, including any photographs or spreadsheets you upload, is stored in Google's systems.
  • Automatically collected information. Our website runs on Shopify, which records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and prepare estimates for collections you wish to sell or trade
  • To schedule, confirm, and run birthday parties and events
  • To send shop news and new arrival announcements, if you have asked to receive them
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website

We do not sell your personal information.

Photographs of children

We take the privacy of children seriously. We ask permission before photographing children at our shop or during an event, and we do not publish a photograph of a child on our website or social media without written consent from a parent or guardian. If you would prefer no photographs be taken, tell any member of our team and we will not take any. If a photograph of your child has already been published and you would like it removed, email info@arizonabrickco.com and we will take it down promptly.

Service providers

We share information only with the companies that help us run the business, including Shopify (website hosting), Calendly (event booking), and Google (forms and email). Each processes information under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the link in any email. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@arizonabrickco.com.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
