About this website

This website provides information about our shop, allows you to submit a collection for a sell or trade estimate, and allows you to book birthday parties and events. We do not currently sell products online through this website.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep hours, pricing, and availability current, but inventory changes constantly and details may become out of date. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Please call the shop at 602-885-7892 to confirm anything important before travelling to see us.

Sell and trade estimates

Any estimate we provide in response to a form submission or email is preliminary and non-binding. Final offers are made only after we inspect a collection in person, and may differ from an initial estimate. We may decline any collection at our discretion, including collections from smoking homes or with significant yellowing or discoloration.

Birthday party bookings

Party bookings are subject to the terms shown at the time of booking and on our Birthday Parties page. In summary: the package is $250 for up to 12 participating children, a $50 deposit is required to reserve a date and is non-refundable, the remaining balance is due before the party, and the booking adult must remain on-site throughout. Parties are held at our Event Space at 1940 S Alma School Rd, Suite 7.

Third party services

Some features rely on third parties. Booking uses Calendly, our sell and trade form uses Google Forms, and The TRĀ building tray is sold and fulfilled by The TRĀ Company at thetracompany.com. When you use those services you are also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third party website we link to.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, access it by automated means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Arizona Brick Co. name, logo, text, and photographs on this site belong to Arizona Brick Co. unless stated otherwise. Please do not reuse them without our permission.

Trademarks

LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO® Group of companies, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse Arizona Brick Co. or this website. LEGO® Masters is a trademark of its respective owner, and neither FOX nor the LEGO® Group sponsors, authorizes, or endorses Arizona Brick Co. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

This website is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Brick Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
